Step 1
If you are reading this brochure, you must have
requested further information about the Premier Homecare
Services SM Franchise Opportunity. Congratulations, you've
taken step one! This is the time to learn about the
Premier Homecare Services SM franchise opportunity from
our knowledgeable franchise development team. |

Step 2
At this stage, you may apply for preliminary
franchise approval. Completing our franchise
application does not obligate you in any way. However,
it does allow Premier Homecare ServicesSM to determine
if this is a good match for all in the early stages.
This can easily be done by securely completing our
online Franchise Application, which can be found on
our website www.phsfranchise.com
or you may complete the application included in this
information packet and send via mail or fax to Premier
Homecare Services.

Step 3
Upon receipt, we will carefully review your
qualifying franchise application. Our preferred
candidates will be people oriented, with an aptitude
for sales, marketing and, of course have the financial
wherewithal to establish and maintain a Premier
Homecare ServicesSM franchise. If all appears
promising, we will contact you by telephone or email
to arrange a mutually convenient time to discuss your
application further.

Step 4
Should your application receive preliminary approval,
we will send you a copy of our Franchise Disclosure
Document ("FDD"). The Franchise Disclosure
Document is designed to allow you to thoroughly
comprehend what is involved with owning a Premier
Homecare ServicesSM franchise. The Franchise Disclosure
Document is required by law to ensure your full
comprehension of our franchise opportunity. However,
our franchise development team is also available to
answer any remaining queries that may come to mind.

Step 5
After you have reviewed all of the documentation and
feel satisfied with the information that you have
gathered about our franchise opportunity, we highly
recommend that you seek and confer with a franchise
attorney. This is an essential component to proper
due-diligence. We want our franchise candidates to be
well informed and prepared prior to becoming Premier
Homecare ServicesSM franchisees.

Step 6
At this point in the process, if you would like to
proceed, we will arrange a meeting between you
and our Founder & President: David Watson. The
meeting may be conducted via telephone or in person
depending on the circumstance. This is your time to
ask any lingering questions and for both parties to
become better acquainted prior to making a final
decision.

Step 7
After a final review of your franchise application
and file, if approved, you will receive notice of
acceptance in the form of a formal invitation to join
the Premier Homecare ServicesSM franchise family.

Step 8
Once receiving final approval, you will be required
to execute the franchise agreement and franchise fee
payment.

Step 9
Attend new Franchise Orientation and Training at the
Corporate Head Office in Toronto.

Step 10
Your Premier Homecare ServicesSM franchise opens for
business.
